Welcome to Valley Whisper Retreat, an enchanting, remodeled villa radiating warmth and charm. A spring-fed stream meanders through the front of the property, while the 14th hole of the Elkhorn Golf Course graces the back. The main level boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and dramatic two-story, floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area features a wood-burning gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, includes a wet bar with an under-counter wine and beer cooler, ice maker, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. The dining room, with seating for eight, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen nook is ideal for morning coffee, reading, or watching a bit of TV. A large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The main entry showcases two-story windows and a custom glass, oversized front door.

The spacious master bedroom on the main floor features heated bathroom floors and a heated towel rack, a freestanding bathtub, an oversized shower with a bench, patio access with stunning views, a fireplace, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, and a king-size bed. The second bedroom on the main floor also includes an en suite bathroom, fireplace, couch, queen-sized Murphy bed, and TV. The second level offers two additional spacious bedrooms, each with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom also includes a wall-mounted TV. The loft area provides two full-size desks with ample workspace for two.

The heated two-car garage includes ski/snowboard boot warmers, and the driveway snow-melt system ensures ease of use during winter. The property offers parking for at least four vehicles, two in the garage and two in the private driveway.

Directly across from the front of the property is the Wood River Trail, a 20-mile paved, multi-use, year-round path that provides a non-motorized connection between the communities of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley.
