General Questions
We offer a wide variety of homes across the world, from exclusive private estates, private apartments to luxurious beachfront villas. Lacure's team of travel consultants will identify the right type of home that best fits your travel needs.
Our luxury villas come with a varied level of staffing. Some are fully staffed with chefs, butlers, housekeepers, mixologists, villa manager and more, while others may have just housekeeping. All rentals will have access to our industry leading concierge team who can assist in adding any additional staff that may be required.
There may be additional costs such as cleaning fees, security deposits or taxes. These will be clearly outlined in the booking process.
Some villas are pet friendly, while others are not. If you are interested in bringing a pet, please email villas@lacure.com with your inquiry details including the type, breed and weight of your pet. Owners will require this information to be able to provide approval for a pet. Please note some owners will require an additional cleaning fee to facilitate a pet.
Amenities vary depending on the specific villa, but many include a private pools, outdoor entertaining area, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi and more! Some villas include golf simulators or private putting greens, theater rooms, in-house spas, gyms, wine cellars, private beaches... let us know what you are looking for and we'll work to find it for you.
For the majority of villas, the lead guest must be at least 18 years old to reserve. Some may require older minimum ages to rent. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
The number of guests that can stay in the villa will be specified on the listing page, and any additional guests must be approved in advance.

To Inquire about a specific property, you can navigate to that property on our website, enter your travel dates and click Inquire Now.
Then fill out the mandatory fields and click Send Now’. This will send a notification directly to our Inquiry team who will be happy to assist you.
If you have additional questions about a particular property that was shared with you by one of our Villa Consultants, we encourage you to reach out to them directly via email or phone. Alternatively, you might be able to locate your answer by searching for the home on www.lacurevillas.com. We provide a wealth of information and background on our villas that should serve as a good resource.
Our Villa Consultants are equipped to provide recommendations to the most seasoned travelers, taking into account your party's preferences and vision for their villa vacation. They would be happy to work with you and provide multiple options for your desired travel dates. Please feel free to email villas@lacure.com with your requirements.
To add a villa to your wishlist simply navigate to the villa on our website and click the ‘Add to Wishlist’ button.
The villa(s) will then be added to your personal wishlist which can be found on the top right side of the website.
Once you click ‘Wishlist’ you will be navigated to a new page which lists all of your wishlist selections.
To inquire about all the properties on your wishlist at one time, scroll down and fill in the ‘Inquire About My Favorites Form’. Once filled out and submitted, our Inquiry team will receive your inquiries which will include all of your wishlist selections and respond shortly to discuss your plans.
If you wish to move forward and book one of our villas there are two avenues you can choose from:
- Email your dedicated Villa Consultant directly
- If you received a personalized proposal, you can click the “Book Now” button
Once you confirm the details of your reservation are correct, you can proceed to click the “Confirm Booking” button.
*Please note this is a booking request, all quotes and availability must be reconfirmed by your Villa Consultant.

To complete your booking, we will require a copy of a signed government ID (passport or drivers license). When signing the rental agreement, please be sure to sign the full, legal name as listed on the ID provided.
There are three ways you can pay for your villa:
- A wire transfer (preferred)
- An online credit card payment link (USD payments only)
- A manual credit card payment (cc authorization form required)
Please note that if the lead guest is not paying for the reservation, we will require the payee to sign a cc authorization form, provide an ID and a copy of the front and back of your credit card.
Our standard payment policy is as follows: if you/your clients are traveling within 90 days, full payment is required. If traveling outside of 90 days, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due 90 days prior to travel.
Please note all payments are non-refundable and we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. You will receive a system generated reminder 1 day before final payment is required. If you have not completed the payment by the due date, your reservation may no longer be valid. Our Finance team will follow up with a courtesy reminder, but your reservation will not be honored unless full payment has been made.
Timelines can vary and are subject to owner approval. After receiving your booking request, your Villa Consultant will reconfirm the details of your booking. At the same time, we will send a formal acknowledgment and request an invoice and courtesy hold from the homeowner. Once the confirmation is received, they will draw up your rental agreement, which can be e-signed, and issue your invoice. Your villa is confirmed once we have received a signed rental agreement and payment.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive the cancellation request in writing. All payments received are non-refundable.
Please note that modifications to a confirmed reservation will be subject to a one-time $50 USD charge. If you need to modify your reservation after your booking is confirmed, your reservations will be subject to changes in both availability and price. Lacure will not accept changes related to the home itself and should you anticipate that you might need to amend/change your booking, we suggest taking out travel insurance.
Should a date change be approved, we will re-issue your travel agreement which requires your e-signature and resend a confirmation with your new travel dates.
The rental agreement is sent electronically. It should be signed by the individual listed as the primary guest on the reservation. We ask that you please sign the agreement using your full government name. Lacure advises its clients and customers to review the rental agreement thoroughly and pay close attention to the inclusions and exclusions and villa policies.
We are happy to request a hold, however “reservation holds” cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the homeowner.
After payment is received, you will receive an electronic notification confirming receipt. Once payment is received and the rental agreement is signed, you will receive confirmation via email.
Within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email, you will be introduced to your dedicated Lacure Concierge Agent who will assist you with any personalized trip planning needs and special requests.
Your Villa Consultant is always at your disposal. However, once you are contacted by a member of our Concierge Team we ask that this representative be your primary point of contact as we enter into the “prearrival” window and through the duration of your stay.
Upon the conclusion of your trip and your return home, a representative from our Finance and Accounting team will be in touch to reconcile any outstanding charges and provide any “closing documentation” that you need.

You will receive confirmation of your reservation as well as proof of payment via email. Upon completion of the Rental Agreement, you will receive an email confirming the primary guest information, travel dates and villa details.
The villa's exact location, address and arrival instructions will be shared by your dedicated Concierge, shortly before travel.
