This Maya Riviera villa sits on the beachfront on Fatima Bay in Puerto Aventuras. The beach here is white sand, and the Caribbean ocean is shallow and calm. Protected by a rock and coral ledge offshore, good snorkeling is easily accessible from the beach. For walking long distances into the bay, or between the Puerto Aventura bays, watershoes are advisable, but are not necessary at Villa Nautica. Two single kayaks are available to guests as well.

The beachside pool is multi-level, with a shallow shelf, and an outdoor jacuzzi sits within the ample decking. Nearby, a beachside palapa opens to the beach. A rooftop deck also hosts a palapa and features a wet bar and seating. The Caribbean views are panoramic.

Interior spaces are open plan and bright. The entry courtyard on this luxury villa enchants guests with Caribbean views across the living areas. Living and dining areas flow seamlessly into each other, with a two story ceiling soaring overhead; as well as blending into the furnished covered terrace. Full wall openings blur the distinctions between the outdoors and indoor spaces. A gas grill on the terrace is handy for al-fresco meal preparation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a wine refrigerator.

The upper level hosts a media room a large flat screen satellite TV and wide ocean views. Four large bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Villa Nautica sleeps eight adults and four children, with a maximum age of nine years.

There are multiple opportunities for outdoor living and dining at Villa Nautica along with the luxury of a beachfront setting. The marina, shopping, dining, tennis and golf are all within walking distance in Puerto Aventuras. A desireable Mayan Riviera retreat for families, the location is also within easy driving distance of eco-parks, the airport, and the ruins at Tulum. Staffed with daily housekeeping and a cook for breakfast and lunch, a relaxing vacation is also effortless.
