The pool level features a living and dining area with an indoor kitchen and direct access to the pool terrace, along with a guest bathroom, laundry room, and two en-suite double bedrooms opening onto the pool with sea views. A small staff bedroom is available upon request. The upper level includes a second open-plan living and dining area with a large kitchen and office space, a guest bathroom, a master bedroom with sitting area, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and panoramic sea views, as well as an additional en-suite double bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the sea.The restored windmill forms a charming and private part of the property.
