This commanding and beautiful 17th-century Normandy villa offers eight-bedrooms set upon seven beautifully manicured hectares in Normandy, France.

The estate is filled with running streams, gardens with rare ginkgoes and palms, and antique follies. The villa also has a private swimming pool with Roman steps, a chapel, a small 19th-century manor house, a covered game room, and tennis court.

Upon entering, you find a double hall finished in Carrara marble leading to the formal dining room, which can seat up to 20, and a marvelous kitchen. To the left is a large billiards room. 

The upper level of the villa opens onto a landing leading into a drawing room and library, which features Louis XVI wood paneling and a marble fireplace. The master suite is furnished with queen and twin beds, as well as an ensuite bathroom with separate toilet. The second floor houses the seven guest suites, each with an ensuite bathroom.

The chateau is located just minutes from the coast in the beautiful region of Cotentin. The beaches of Normandy are about a 20-minute drive.
