Sleeping Dragon: Six-Bedroom Luxury Villa Rental in Simplicity Bay, Mustique

Simplicity Bay, Mustique

6 Bedrooms

6 Bathrooms

12 Guests

Located at Lime Kiln Bay on the island of Mustique, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sleeping Dragon is a distinctive estate set across five acres of landscaped gardens, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding coastline.

Outdoors, the property is defined by its expansive grounds and connection to the sea, with coral pathways linking six separate pavilions throughout the estate. A 70-foot infinity pool sits at the center, bordered by a coral sundeck and two gazebos, creating multiple areas for lounging and relaxation. Offshore, a pristine reef offers opportunities for snorkeling, while several secluded beaches are nearby. Both are accessible via the rugged shoreline just a short distance from the estate, sea conditions permitting. For a more traditional beach experience, the world-famous Macaroni Beach is located within a five-minute drive or reachable by an adventurous walk along the coast.

Inside, the villa blends classical Chinese influences with Caribbean architectural elements, creating a unique and balanced aesthetic across the different structures.

The main living pavilion spans approximately 4,000 square feet and features high ceilings, open living spaces, and ocean-facing verandahs at both the front and rear, designed to take full advantage of the views and natural airflow.

Sleeping Dragon includes multiple pavilions dedicated to accommodation. The main pavilion is flanked by two master suites, while separate cottage pavilions each offer additional master suites with private verandahs and ocean views. A further two-bedroom pavilion provides additional guest accommodation, allowing for a flexible layout across the estate.

The property also includes a dedicated dining pavilion and a private gym, complementing the villa’s layout and supporting both relaxation and active use of the space.

From its setting in Lime Kiln Bay, Sleeping Dragon offers a private and expansive retreat combining architectural character with a strong connection to its coastal surroundings.
