This luxury villa is located on a private white-sand beach on historic Discovery Bay. Set among lush gardens, manicured lawns and tropical flowers, the property consists of a main house and a separate two-story guest cottage. The freshwater pool is surrounded by ample decking, providing views of the ocean and dock. The rear of the main house has a full-length, furnished and covered verandah overlooking the sandy beach. Indoors, mahogany touches and open-plan living areas accented with Caribbean fabrics reflect Jamaican style.

The main house has five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There are four additional en-suite bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, in the adjacent guest house. The guest house also has trundle beds, which are perfect for children, two kitchenettes and a lovely front verandah. Two seaside gazebos, a dock and a selection of non-motorized water toys and boats ensure full enjoyment of the beachfront setting. The home comes with a butler, cook and housekeeping services, and has lots of games and toys, including a ping-pong table.
