Nestled within a private enclave near Rum Point, this spacious six-bedroom residence boasts a private beachfront setting, offering multiple relaxation areas either by the pool or along the sandy shores.The villa's design features an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly from the pool terrace, creating an inviting atmosphere filled with beautiful ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Just a few steps down from the terrace, guests can find additional loungers and hammocks set up for unwinding on the beach.Inside, the open-plan living area of the main house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a dining space that comfortably seats 12. For those who prefer outdoor dining, there is also an alfresco area on the terrace, complemented by a small kitchen and dining table in the coach house. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a gas barbecue, and an elevator for added convenience.Moon Kai is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, with five bedrooms featuring king-size beds, each with en-suite bathrooms and private access to either the patio or a balcony. A sixth bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, is located in the self-contained coach house apartment, which is perfect for accommodating on-site staff or additional guests. This villa combines luxury and accessibility, making it an ideal retreat for family gatherings or group getaways.
