Only a 15-minute drive from Marrakech and its Old City, L’Abyssin is a stunning private palace. The traditional Moroccan palace is set on 5 hectares of palm tree groves and offers stunning architecture, luxurious furnishings and many modern amenities. Guests seeking luxury, harmony and peace will be able to find all that and more at this exclusive property. Columns support the high vaulted ceilings inside the main hall and the lounge welcomes guests, inviting them to sit around the fireplace or in one of the many seating areas. Antique decorations complement the comfortable deep sofas and armchairs while the water basin in the center of the room, filled with flower petals, gives the room a romantic, yet hypnotic atmosphere. Meals can be served on the deck around the pool or in the main dining room. A gym, piano, library and solarium are only a few of the special features this property has to offer. There are several options for sleeping accommodations at L’Abyssin, each unique and very spacious. There are seven comfortable double bedrooms within the palace, each with air conditioning, satellite TV and lavish king size beds. Ten suites provide even more spacious accommodations, each with an en-suite bathroom and a lounge area overlooking the garden or pool. The eight deluxe lodges are located in the VIP Palace Park around the Indian Pavilion and pool. These are the most lavish including The Lodge, facing the pool with fur accessories and a fireplace and The Master Tent with a heated pool in its VIP private park. Outside there are many activities for guests to enjoy. The manicured lawn offers lounge chairs and the two outdoor swimming pools vary in depths for those who want to stay active or simply sit and converse. To escape from the Moroccan sun, guests can visit the spa with an indoor swimming pool or relax under one of the many pavilions. Guests are welcome to use the property’s tennis courts as well. &nbsp;An instructor is available if requested.
