This landmark property in a gated enclave on the tip of Punta Mita was designed by iconic architect Jose de Yturbe to be a contemporary beachfront masterpiece. The villa is located on just over an acre of land, offering complete privacy and comfort, and boasts views of Banderas Bay, the Marietas Islands, and Puerto Vallarta.

A tree-lined walkway leads to the main residence, which includes eight bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two of the rooms have folding-glass doors that lead to ocean-view patios, another three give onto the ocean, and three have garden views. The wide pool, with Jacuzzi, sits in front of an enormous palm-thatched palapa furnished with a sumptuous half-circle sofa perfect for group hangouts. The property also includes multiple terraces, a gym, massage room, and staff.
