Just meters from Cala Serena, the villa is arranged around sea views, landscaped gardens and a series of terraces that encourage an easy indoor-outdoor rhythm. At the centre of the main living space stands a 1,000-year-old olive tree, an extraordinary feature that gives the villa a distinctive sense of place and history.

Outdoor living is one of Casa Roel's defining features. A lagoon-style infinity pool overlooks the sea, surrounded by generous lounge areas for long afternoons in the sun. Several terraces provide different settings for dining and relaxing, while an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dedicated dining area make open-air meals effortless. The landscaped gardens add privacy and greenery, and a children’s play area gives younger guests their own space to enjoy.
