Set on five point four gated acres just minutes from Sag Harbor in The Hamptons, Summerworth Estate is surrounded by nature preserves and landscaped grounds, offering seclusion while remaining close to village shops, restaurants, and marinas.

The outdoor amenities are designed for recreation and relaxation. A heated gunite pool anchors the backyard, accompanied by a ten seat hot tub and a fire pit area for evenings outdoors. A private, lit tennis court includes a covered entertaining space, and the expansive lawn provides additional room to gather. Bikes, a paddleboard, kayak, and beach equipment are available for use, and scenic trails and ponds border the property.

Inside, Summerworth Estate is arranged for both comfort and functionality, with integrated sound systems, smart televisions throughout, mesh Wi-Fi and a dedicated fitness area that includes an exercise bike. The fully finished lower level features a game area with pool and ping pong tables, a queen pull out bed, and a separate office space suitable for remote work or extended stays.

The main living room is filled with natural light and defined by cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a gas fireplace. French doors open to a covered porch, creating a natural extension to the outdoor spaces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and generous preparation space, positioned beside a spacious dining area that supports everyday meals and larger gatherings.

Five ensuite bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests, including three primary suites. One primary suite is located on the first floor and features a private deck and sauna, while the additional suites include high ceilings, fireplaces, soaking tubs, and well appointed bathrooms.

From the estate, it is a short drive to Main Street in Sag Harbor and to nearby East Hampton, placing beaches, marinas, and village amenities within easy reach while maintaining a private retreat setting.
