Originally built as a custom residence with a story rooted in Hollywood legend, the villa was famously acquired sight unseen by Jerry Weintraub during a poker game with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and George Hamilton. Today, the home maintains its classic charm with terracotta roof tiles, stacked-stone exteriors, and thoughtfully landscaped desert gardens, giving the property the ambiance of a European villa.
