Located above the village of Esporles, Spain, Son Simonet is a 30-acre estate nestled in the foothills of the UNESCO-protected Serra de Tramuntana. Originally built over 500 years ago as an olive farm, the estate has been carefully restored, preserving its original architecture alongside contemporary interiors.

The outdoor spaces are centred around a swimming pool with an outdoor bar and shaded pergola, complemented by three separate dining areas set across the grounds, designed for long meals and relaxed outdoor living. The estate is surrounded by olive and citrus trees and invites exploration, with access to hiking trails through the Tramuntana landscape.

Inside, Son Simonet offers generous and versatile living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining room, living room, and a separate television room, all designed for comfort and entertaining.

The estate offers nine en-suite bedrooms, along with two additional staff bedrooms, each designed with privacy and ease in mind.

From the estate, it’s easy to explore some of Mallorca’s most iconic mountain villages, including Valldemossa, Deià, Banyalbufar, and Sóller, while Palma is just a 30-minute drive away, offering culture, dining, and city life within easy reach.
