The villa is conveniently close to the Port of Portisco, which accommodates yachts over 100 meters and offers a charming small town with restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. Guests can reach Rena Bianca beach within five minutes and enjoy Villa Ermes' own private beach for ultimate relaxation and privacy. A tree-lined path surrounded by nature leads to the villa's garden, where a covered lounge area made of wood and reeds provides a serene spot for aperitifs amidst the tranquility of the surrounding environment.

The outdoor area features a semi-circular swimming pool with breathtaking views and a gym area located beneath it. The expansive flower garden, filled with vibrant plants and trees, surrounds the property, creating a lush and serene atmosphere. The semi-covered terrace includes a large dining table that accommodates up to 14 guests and offers a picturesque view of Rena Bianca beach. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor poolside shower, a solarium with views of the sea and garden, and various spots for relaxation and entertainment.
