Cala Regina: 4-Bedroom Cliffside Villa with Direct Sea Access in Sardinia

Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy

4 Bedrooms

3 Bathrooms

1 Half Bathroom

8 Guests

Located on the seafront in southern Sardinia, Italy, Cala Regina is perched atop a fifty-metre cliff overlooking the Mediterranean, offering privacy, direct sea access, and a strong connection to the surrounding coastal landscape.

The outdoor areas are arranged across gardens and terraces designed for outdoor living and relaxation, centred around a swimming pool positioned to take advantage of the elevated sea views. A private path leads directly from the property to the Mediterranean below.

Inside, Cala Regina combines natural materials with a design focused on indoor-outdoor living, while large windows frame the surrounding coastline and bring natural light throughout the interiors. Originally built in the 1960s, the home's design is inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright.

Cala Regina includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for guests.

A historic Spanish watchtower dating back to 1575 is located metres from the villa, adding to the distinctive coastal setting. Despite its secluded atmosphere, the property remains within approximately thirty minutes of Cagliari.
