Its expansive layout, private chapel, and beachfront setting make it particularly well suited for large gatherings, celebrations, and special events, while still offering privacy and comfort for everyday living.

The outdoor areas are generous and thoughtfully arranged, offering multiple lounge spots and dining areas designed for long days in the sun and evenings by the sea. The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, creating an inviting space to relax while enjoying the views. A landscaped garden path leads directly to a private beach access, where additional sunbeds are available exclusively for guests. Near the beach entrance, outdoor showers and separate bathroom facilities add convenience after a swim. The outdoor setup is completed by a wood stove, grill, and barbecue area, ideal for al fresco cooking and entertaining, as well as two distinct external living areas—one by the pool and another within the garden.

Indoors, the villa is spacious and airy, designed to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. A dedicated private gym provides space for workouts, while staff quarters and additional staff accommodation ensure smooth service and privacy for guests. The interior layout balances functionality and elegance, making it equally suitable for relaxed holidays or hosting larger groups.

Villa Josephine offers eight bedrooms in total. Four double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while one en-suite bedroom with twin beds can easily be converted into a double. An additional en-suite bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The guesthouse consists of two separate yet connecting rooms, each with a double bed, sharing a bathroom with a shower—ideal for families or guests seeking a bit more privacy. Staff quarters include two single beds with an en-suite bathroom, along with a separate small house at the back of the property where staff reside.

From Villa Josephine, guests can enjoy direct beach access, swimming and sunbathing just steps from the house, as well as exploring the relaxed charm of Antiparos village with its tavernas, cafés, and boutiques.
