Estate Fiona is a combination of two sister villas located on the south side of Paros, Greece, near Faraggas Beach and the charming village of Alyki. Set against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea, this estate offers breathtaking sunset views and a peaceful setting ideal for families or large groups traveling together.

Surrounded by sweeping island views and open skies, the outdoor spaces of Estate Fiona are designed for relaxation and gathering. Each villa features its own private swimming pool, sunbeds, shaded pergolas, and outdoor lounge areas. Guests can enjoy long summer meals at the alfresco dining tables or prepare fresh meals in the barbecue areas, all while soaking in the quiet, coastal atmosphere.

The villas share a cohesive design, defined by minimalistic décor in soft, natural tones that complement the island’s light. Spacious and thoughtfully arranged, the interiors provide comfort and privacy across the multiple levels of each home.

Villa Fiona I accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms spread across different levels. On the ground level, there are three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all offering stunning views toward the islands of Ios, Sikinos, and Folegandros. On the lower level, there are two more master en-suite bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and a sixth bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double. A shared bathroom serves this room on the lower-ground floor.

Villa Fiona II hosts up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes. The master suite opens onto a large southwest-facing terrace with views across to Antiparos Island. One en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a private terrace. The lower level holds two additional en-suite bedrooms, both with walk-in closets.

Estate Fiona is ideally positioned for guests seeking quiet luxury and easy access to the beach and nearby villages. Spend your days lounging by the pool, wandering the coastal paths, or exploring the relaxed charm of southern Paros.
