Expansive decks, a 30-foot swimming pool lined with chaise lounges, cozy outdoor seating areas, a shaded gazebo, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen create the perfect setting for both daytime relaxation and evening entertainment.

Inside, the great room is an inviting, air-conditioned space framed by mahogany archways that let in breezes and endless views of the ocean. This open living area flows seamlessly to the outdoor spaces, creating a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living. Comfortable seating and thoughtful design make it an ideal gathering spot for family and friends.

The kitchen and dining areas are equipped for large groups, with ample counter space and modern appliances, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Guests can also take meals outdoors, enjoying the poolside terrace and panoramic sea views.
