Located on an island only five square miles in size which is surrounded by one of the world's largest coral reefs, The Beach House is a relaxing place for a vacation. The island, known as Canouan Island, is home to the Canouan Resort Spa where guests can find tennis courts, a children's club, dining venues, night spots and more. The villa is also close to several white sand beaches, hidden coves and a 17th century English church.

The Beach House is steps away from soft white sand and the crystalline waters of the Caribbean sea where guests can while away the hours listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. Lush vegetation encircles the villa providing a calm atmosphere. The infinity edged pool appears to spill delicately in to the sea. The terrace is an ideal place for a social gathering or an al fresco dinner while enjoying the lovely views.

This single level villa boasts 370 square meters of living space. The great room is comprised of a comfortable living area and a dining area for eight people. This room also has large stackable sliding doors which fully open for seamless outdoor-indoor living. The well equipped kitchen is nearby.

There are three bedrooms in the main villa. Two of these bedrooms have king sized beds and the third hosts two double beds. A fourth and fifth bedroom can be found in two additional Guest Cottages, each with a king sized bed. Each bedroom in the villa is fully air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom.
