Outdoor living centers around the pool terrace, where a bridge crosses the pool to a gazebo positioned to capture views over the Caribbean Sea. The surrounding gardens create a secluded atmosphere, while the layout of the property encourages time spent outdoors between the terrace, pool, and gathering spaces.

Inside the main house, the living room and adjacent dining room open directly onto the pool area and the bridge leading to the gazebo. The kitchen is designed for entertaining and includes a pizza oven.

Accommodations are spread across the main house and three separate cottages. The main house includes one bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Cottage One features a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a private patio, and plunge pool, along with a library that can convert into an additional bedroom. Cottage Two offers two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, including one with an outdoor shower and the other opening to a garden. Cottage Three includes two bedrooms and a shared living space, providing additional privacy for guests.

The shops, restaurants, and marina of Marigot Bay are a short drive away from Villa Susanna.
