The residence is arranged across two wings and offers approximately 5,400 square feet of living space, surrounded by terraced gardens overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All nine bedrooms have sea views, en-suite bathrooms and their own balcony or terrace, while solar power supports the estate’s energy needs.

Two swimming pools provide distinct settings for days outdoors. One extends an impressive 60 metres, while the second incorporates thalassotherapy and hydromassage features for a more restorative experience. A hot tub offers another place to unwind, and the surrounding terraces lead through landscaped gardens with a reflecting pond, outdoor lounge areas and a gazebo. A firepit provides a natural gathering point in the evening, with the private beach immediately beyond the grounds.
