The upper level is dedicated to luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with exceptional designer pieces, King-size beds, and exclusive European linens. Bedrooms one, two, and three offer magnificent views from their front-facing positions, with sliding doors opening onto spacious furnished terraces. The bathrooms are designed with an open-plan concept, one featuring an elegant bath and shower, while the other two offer scenic shower views. Bedroom four boasts large glass doors that reveal mountain slopes and the forested landscape at the villa's rear, opening onto French balconies for moments of peace and tranquility.

The villa's entrance from the Eastern side is through a glass box, leading into a vast open space that encompasses the dining room, adorned with a specially designed hanging light fixture and a James Mudge dining table seating 10-12 guests on contemporary chairs from Crema. This space flows seamlessly into the kitchen and an indoor patio, further extending to an outdoor patio and pool area.

The beautifully furnished living and dining spaces are adorned with a mix of South African and European art pieces, while stackable sliding doors ensure a smooth transition from indoor to outdoor living, merging the two areas into one harmonious space. For additional privacy, the villa includes a separate TV lounge that can be closed off from the main living areas.

The stylish kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring expansive counter tops ideal for meal preparation, with the added bonus of a breathtaking view overlooking the lounge, cityscape, and Table Bay. These counter tops can double as serving areas during gatherings, and large windows slide open to create a bar service space leading to the sheltered rear terrace.

The front terrace offers comfortable seating, a barbecue, and space for 12 guests to indulge in al fresco dining.
