Through a driveway, we access the main entrance with parking area. The accommodation of this spectacular mansion with open sea views comprises on the ground floor a guest toilet, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with breakfast area and adjacent formal dining room and lounge with views to the entrance courtyard. Just behind the main kitchen there is a secondary kitchen with stairs down to the lower level with laundry room and independent entrance for staff. In the western wing of the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and exit to the covered porch overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a guest bedroom suite with dressing area, bathroom and an office with a fireplace and private bathroom. The latter could easily be used as an additional bedroom suite.
