The dramatic villa with clean lines overlooks the Mediterranean, boasting stunning views of the islands stretching from Le Lavandou to the Porquerolles. It is located on an estate that offers several tennis courts that can be reserved. A small harbor, private mooring, heliport, jogging trails and private beaches are also available.

A heated infinity-edge pool seems to cascade down to the lush lawns (with a shallow end ideal for children). Many outdoor terraces are perfect for socializing, and one is equipped for alfresco dining. Also find a small pond, landscaped gardens, beach shower and bathroom, and parking for four cars.

Integrated into the hillside, the villa stretches over three levels, featuring a construction of stone, wood, glass and concrete. Enter a spacious living area, with sofas and chairs that provide breathtaking views, also with a fireplace for chilly afternoons. The space is shared with a dining area, which has seating for 16, as well as a minibar. The master bedroom located on this floor has a king-sized bed, dressing room and two bathrooms. There is also an office here.

On the first lower level, find a cinema room, with a large selection of English DVDs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a piano and DJ turntable.
