Located in an upscale residential area, Meje, in Split on the Dalamatian coast, this protected historical landmark is within walking distance of the marina and the center of Split. Ocean views are fully appreciated and the pebble beach is a few steps away. Fully renovated and offering modern amenities, the villa retains its original style with its stone exteriors and Art Deco interiors.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by lush gardens and fronts the sea. The gate leading to the seaside path is just across the manicured lawn. A covered terrace faces the ample pool terrace and Adriatic views;  a raised jacuzzi sits to one side adjacent to the pergola shaded outdoor dining for ten.

Guests enter the ground level of the villa through a grand foyer with the original parquet floors, a marble fireplace and a curving polished wood staircase. The ground floor also hosts a spacious living room, formal indoor dining seating ten, a chef's kitchen with eat-at bar and adjacent informal dining. The living areas open through french doors to the pool terrace. The fitness room and sauna are also located on this level.

The lower level hosts an essentially private apartment with another living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bedroom and bathroom.

The upper level hosts the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a sunken jacuzzi tub, dual vanities and a glass walled shower. The master bedroom opens to a seaview balcony. A second guest bedroom also opens to a seaview balcony and sports an en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub and shower. The final two bedrooms share a shower bathroom and open to garden view balconies.

Set privately on the Adriatic sea, Luxury Villa Split's gated location is within walking distance of Split's center, the marina and the adjacent Marjan Forest Park.  The pepple beach is steps outside the door.
