Sitting on a hilltop, the majestic villa overlooks beautiful Baie Rouge Beach. During the day it has a stunning view of Anguilla, and at night the lights of nearby Marigot create a romantic glow. The property offers a lovely swimming pool, extended patio, Jacuzzi and charming gazebo, all with stunning views. The pool has recently been enlarged to twice its original size. As well, the villa has added a spacious gym, with state-of-the-art equipment and a flat-screen TV.

Inside guests find high-vaulted, wood-beam ceilings and comfortable, stylish furnishings throughout. They can dine either indoors or alfresco on the terrace. The very spacious and modern kitchen has granite countertops and all the major appliances.

Each of the bedrooms includes a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, partial window screen, en-suite bathroom with shower, plasma TV, DVD player and satellite connection. There is also a large plasma TV in the sitting room, with a collection of 200 DVDs. Two of the bedrooms are connected to the main house: one off the terrace and the other in a private casita off the courtyard. The villa comes equipped with a CO2-free electric mosquito trap.
