This lovely eight-bedroom beachfront villa is situated directly on the turquoise waters of Old Fort Bay in St. Ann’s Parish, just west of Ocho Rios.

This spacious villa is loaded with amenities inside and out, including formal dining and living areas, and wet bars. The swimming pool is accompanied by a hot tub, barbecue, scattered seating areas, and expansive decking and numerous balconies. The white sand beach rests at the private access gate. Get active with kayaks, a tennis court, and a well-equipped fitness room.

Stately stone lions, koi and lily ponds greet guests at the entrance of the property. The main villa offers exposed Jotoba wood, Italian tile, Jerusalem stone, marble, and granite, as well as interior spaces that open to the 3,300-square-foot white sand beach. Also included is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, multiple living areas, a formal dining room, and an office. 

All spacious bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms and outdoor access to verandas or balconies, and come with king- or queen-size beds. Butler, housekeeping, and gardening services are included.
