This five-bedroom villa is tucked inside a lush garden, behind tall trees and tropical bush, and has access to a private beach in Oracabessa Bay, Jamaica. The unique property was originally designed by Ian Fleming, creator of the James Bond thrillers. With a private beach, pool, and tropical gardens, the villa offers guests the best of both worlds: the seclusion of a villa vacation and the excitement and activities of a small, sophisticated resort that’s just a short walk away. The property consists of four structures that surround the terrace and pool. The main house has a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms, and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own large, tropical garden bath area with claw foot tub and a garden shower. There are two very private, stand-alone one-bedroom cottages, each with its own veranda, claw foot tub, outdoor shower, and king-sized bed. The fourth building offers a media center with a meeting room. This villa comes with a dedicated staff that includes a butler, housekeeper, and cook. Guests are welcome at the FieldSpa at GoldenEye, as well as the resort’s restaurants, bars, and activities.Fleming Villa can be rented with lesser bedrooms. Please inquire for rates and details.
