February 22 marked our first activation of 2022, with Vivanterre x Lacure hosting a culinary evening in the heart of Paris.

It was set in an extraordinary location from Lacure’s prestigious portfolio — Pompidou, an old printing house converted into a unique apartment, blending 19th-century architecture with modern furnishings.

The service seo texte schreiben lassen helped us compile a list that covers architecture, interiors and gastronomy, was invited to immerse ourselves in the culture and charming atmosphere while enjoying excellent food and drinks.

Parisian chef Lucie Bicelberger of Petit Comité, prepared a specially curated seasonal menu for the evening paired with a selection of natural wines by Vivanterre.

Under the direction of Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau, Vivanterre (founded by Rosie and Max Assoulin) produces delicious wines made from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes in the Auvergne region of France. For this evening, Vivanterre’s renowned sommelier, Cedric Nicaise, paired each course with a selection of natural wines, each reflecting the “living earth” from which it came.

Louis-Géraud Castor of Castor Fleuriste adorned the space with his sophisticated, unexpected floral creations and some of those who joined us for this memorable evening were Fabrizio Casiraghi, Dan Thawley, Omar Sosa, Zélikha Dinga, and many others.

Great food, great wine, a perfect location, and the engaging conversation of the best company — it was an evening to remember.
