Eight friends from New York City.
One private villa on the Caribbean Sea.
Five days of exactly the trip they’d always imagined — without lifting a finger to plan it.
When a group of New York City tastemakers arrived in Sint Maarten in May, the first thing they didn’t have to do was wait in line. A VIP meet-and-greet at the airport handled their immigration, collected their luggage, and walked them straight to the dock — where a private boat awaited them with chilled beverages, including freshly-prepared rum punches, followed by a short 30-minute transfer to Anguilla. By the time they arrived at Rendezvous Villa, greeted by staff and welcomed with light refreshments, the trip had already set its tone: effortless, elevated, and entirely taken care of.
That’s the Lacure approach to group travel. Not just booking a villa — orchestrating every moment from the second guests land to the moment they fly home.

MAY 7
VIP airport arrivals in Sint Maarten, private boat charter to Anguilla, a steel pan welcome with drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and an elevated Caribbean dinner by the in-villa chef.

MAY 8
An eight-hour private excursion on the water — Cap Juluca, The Arch, a private lunch setup at Prickly Pear, and rum punches at Blanchard’s Beach Shack on the way back. Island fish taco dinner at the villa to close the night.

MAY 9
Morning pilates, a sushi lunch by the in-villa chef, 60-minute massages for every guest courtesy of Body & Soul spa, and a Mediterranean-Caribbean fusion dinner under the stars.

MAY 10
Lunch at Sunshine Shack, sunset music and drinks at the Dune Preserve, and a Caribbean-Asian farewell dinner back at the villa.

MAY 11
Private car transfers to the airport and ferry terminal, a private boat back to Sint Maarten, and departures handled without a moment of confusion.

Group travel has a reputation for chaos — someone always misses the ferry, dinner reservations fall apart, or half the group is still in the pool when the cars arrive. We built Lacure to solve exactly that.
Before the trip, our team coordinates every flight arrival window, books and confirms each transfer, sequences the dining and experiences so nothing overlaps, and has a representative on the ground ready to handle anything that comes up.
In Anguilla, that meant absorbing three separate arrival days — different flights, different airports — into one seamless, cohesive experience. Guests who arrived on day one were sipping welcome drinks by 6pm. Guests who arrived on day two walked off the boat into a villa already full of good energy. Nobody felt like they’d missed anything. Nobody had to coordinate a thing.

Every transfer confirmed.
Every meal choreographed.
Every preference remembered — before anyone had to ask.
By the final morning — hot breakfast to order, private car to the airport, a warm send-off from the villa team — the group left exactly the way we intended: rested, reconnected, and already talking about next time. They returned to New York refreshed, styled, and completely unbothered. The trip had done its job.
