Now owned by a Jamaican family, the villa maintains its name and legacy. Affectionately known as ‘Scotchie,’ this villa is perfect for family vacations or romantic getaways. Between the villa's two verandas lies a freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by plush wooden lounge chairs ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the sea view. Nearby, an outdoor barbecue is perfect for grilling and relaxing. A short walk down from the pool deck leads to the Caribbean Sea and the villa's private wooden pier and gazebo, which offers shade during the day and a romantic spot to watch the sunset. Adjacent to the pier is a sandy alcove, a swimmer's paradise with clear, calm waters protected by a reef, perfect for easy sea access and enjoying the pristine Caribbean environment.The villa's main area features a living room, dining room and kitchen.
